Leadbitter has a firm foundation in the design and construction of affordable housing, which is underscored by our long-standing relationships with registered provider and housing association partners across southern England and Wales.

We work together with you to share the financial risk and reward of delivering a wide range of low cost, high-quality housing options, from value engineering build costs to providing mixed tenure and open market solutions via Leadbitter Homes.

We specialise in high-quality new build developments, and all our schemes are built to a minimum of Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 through sustainable fabric first solutions. We also transform former industrial areas, addressing housing shortages by unlocking the potential of brownfield sites.

Through the Leadbitter Consortium, our partnership with Sovereign Housing Group, we are a member of the Homes and Communities Agency’s Delivery Partner Panel. This enables us to provide public sector agencies with access to works and services relating to all stages of the affordable home construction process.
