Regular consultation meetings and events provide residents with the opportunity to raise any concerns about new developments in their area and be updated with plans, photos and samples.

Our site teams become part of the communities in which they work, donating unused materials and their own time to local organisations. In addition, Leadbitter proudly supports local sporting clubs through regular sponsorship programs.

We are passionate about creating learning and work experience opportunities. Involving pupils in the development of their school, college or university creates a sense of pride and excitement, and our National Skills Academy accredited skills centres embed beneficial expertise in the community, ensuring construction delivers long-lasting value alongside new homes and facilities.
