Through our work experience programme Leadbitter aims
to inform and motivate young people to join the
construction industry in a capacity that inspires them.
We see the objectives of the experience being to provide meaningful and valuable work experience
programmes that offer variety and insight, and to enable
further informed thought and decisions on career choice.
The programme is usually undertaken by means of:

Work experience programmes are tailored to young people’s interests, which are established prior to the commencement of the placement.

Mentors are briefed in appropriate interaction and activities.

Variety is offered in the form of different experiences and by providing interaction with different employees throughout the placement.

Feedback is ascertained to ensure constant
improvement of the work experience on offer.
