Leadbitter continue to support and find new opportunities in which young people can be involved, educated and new talent attracted to the construction industry, and at the same time raise the profile of the industry as a whole.

We continue to offer a wide range of work experience and placements for school and college students, attend careers fairs across our regions, and join in with national and regional skills initiatives as well as establishing our own school visits.
