Leadbitter is a friendly and supportive company to work for.  Everyone pulls together and there is a real team atmosphere both on site and in the offices.

You can see from the company’s successes that we all work hard but this is not all that we do.

A number of staff are keen sailors who spend a few weeks each summer giving Staff and Clients a taste of life on the waves.  They also regularly enter the Little Britain and Round The Island Yacht Races.

The Leadbitter Golf Days and annual trip to Ascot Ladies Day are well attended, as are our staff parties and the many smaller social events arranged by various staff members company wide.

We also like to combine having fun with helping others and recent fundraising events our staff have participated in include Race for Life, the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Sponsored Walk and Tough Guy Challenge.
