Our Structured Management Training Scheme fulfils three important aims:

• The Scheme enables individuals wishing to progress through management to develop and fulfil their true potential.
• Secondly, by formally training our managers and future leaders we seek to ensure that all of our employees enjoy working for us and are treated equally and fairly.
• Last, but not least, the scheme helps to ensure the continued success of Leadbitter under the leadership of a strong, well balanced and informed management. 

The scheme identifies a series of management levels together with minimum training requirements which must be completed at each level. 

You can enter the scheme at any level. So whether you are Graduate, Fully Qualified Employee, Manager or Director when you join us we will identify the appropriate training to enable you to reach your full potential.
