As a major UK contractor with a strong regional presence Leadbitter are keen to support the development of the community in which we work and in particular to encourage youth development.  We are therefore delighted to be playing a part in the creation of a centre of excellence for the development of Youth Rugby in Oxfordshire.  

Leadbitter have agreed a three year sponsorship deal with the Oxford Rugby Partnership (Oxford RFC and Oxford Harlequins) to enable the establishment of a specialist academy for players in the 16-19 age group.

The Leadbitter Oxford Rugby Academy offers a high level of coaching and training combined with good quality games which cut across the age barriers and offers a clear pathway for individual players wishing to move into senior rugby. 

The Academy’s inaugural match will take place on 20th February at the South Hinksey Rugby Ground.
